Between 15:56 UTC+12 to 16:08 UTC+12 we experienced a brief service outage to the web portal, kiosk, and API during a deployment to our production environment. The outage was caused by a database change that was applied before all application servers had been updated, resulting in temporary incompatibility between the database and some application servers.
During this period, some users may have experienced errors or an inability to access the web portal and kiosk.
The issue was resolved by completing the deployment of all application servers to align with the new database schema. Service was restored promptly after the deployment was completed.
